From attending tastings in the cellar to picking grapes and creating field blends in the vineyard, there is truly no Wine Club like ours. Best of all, our limited-quantity wines are reserved exclusively for our members, ensuring they will have access to all of our wines, including four quarterly portfolios of three or four bottles each.

Roanoke Vineyards Wine Club FAQs

How much does membership cost?

There is no membership fee. Members must be active and in good standing to take advantage of Wine Club benefits and privileges. To be considered in good standing, all charges for wine club portfolios must be current.

Wineclub discounts and benefits are exclusive to the person(s) named on the account.

Members must accept four consecutive shipments annually to maintain membership benefits. The cost for the portfolios varies from $130-$145 for those that are pick-up customers. If you are a shipping customer (where applicable), there are shipping costs that will be applied.

One (1) membership includes benefits for two (2) people.

Members (or gift recipients) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older understand that upon delivery, an adult signature is required, and packages will not be left at the door.

How many complimentary wine tastings do I get per visit?

You receive 1 complimentary tasting flight perday for yourself and 1 for one other person upon visiting either the vineyardor our second location at Tulio’s NY Wine Bar on 165 Love Ln, Mattituck.

When am I billed for my quarterly wine club portfolio?

The memberships are billed in March, June, September, and December. The week prior to a shipment, an email will be sent with the quarterly selections as well as the shipping/pick up dates.

Can I customize my wine club order or make substitutions?

The wine in your portfolio are thoughtfully selected by our Roanoke Vineyards team and built specifically for each season. Substitutions are not offered at this time.

I was charged, when will I get my wine portfolio?

Your Shipment will be sent via UPS ground within 3 business days of being charged. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it’s available.

Am I able to pick up my wine portfolio?

Yes, you can! When you join, you have the option of either picking up your wines or having them sent to you via UPS Ground. Please note that if you select to have your wines shipped and you want to pick up your quarterly wine portfolio, this must be pre-arranged prior to the billing date.

I forgot to pick up my wine portfolio, what do I do?

Your wines will be available for pick up for 90 days. After 90 days, your shipment will be unpacked and returned to stock. The wine will still be available for you to pick up, however, we cannot guarantee we will still have the same vintage or varietal after an extended period. In the event wine is no longer available, we will replace it with something comparable. If you are not able to pick up your wine during the determined wine club pick-up date, please contact wineclub@roanokevineyards.com  and we can ship your wineclub portfolio, however standard ground shipping will apply. 

Do I need to be home to receive my wine?

Yes, legally someone 21 or over must sign for your shipment. If someone is not able to be home during delivery hours, we suggest shipping to a business address to receive your shipments or a convenient UPS store for pickup. Or you have the option to be a “pick up” member. We highly recommend signing up for UPS My Choice if you need to redirect, delay the delivery date, or have the package held at UPS will call center. Additional fees apply.

I forgot to pick up my wine portfolio, what do I do?

I missed my shipment delivery, what is my next step?

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts, then your shipment will be returned to us. Your shipment can be re-shipped upon request, please be aware a reship fee will apply. Contact wineclub@roanokevineyards.com to coordinate reshipping.

What is the cancellation policy?

Wine club memberships are for a minimum of one year, or four quarterly shipments and automatically renewed unless specified. Cancellations must be received in writing to wineclub@roanokevineyards.com 30 days prior to the quarterly billing memberships. Members can skip one shipment per year provided that the request is received 30 days prior to the quarterly billing cycle. Wine club members must receive four quarters of wine before cancelling their membership.

How can I make changes to my membership?
