Tasting Notes
One of our best efforts. Mature Cabernet flavors and soft tannins are obvious upon the first taste. Deep concentrated blackberry and currant flavors ring on the finish. Not stylish. Classic. Structure and elegance like this are rare in young wines, however this is a big wine, and one that will last.
An aphrodisiac for some. Drink now, or hold if you don't have a date. 148 cases made.
