The first release from the much-heralded 2007 vintage. Perfect weather produced beautiful fruit, and here Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are blended in almost equal amounts making a lovely wine. Great structure, rich berry flavors, and surprising sophistication for such a young wine. You could keep it for a winter's night . . . or you could enjoy it now!
