Groups & Reservations Policy

• For groups of 10 or more people, we require that an advance reservation be made. This is to ensure that we have the staff, space, and resources on hand to guarantee you an excellent experience tasting delicious wines served to you by our knowledgeable staff.
   
• For groups of any size that are traveling by limousine, van, or bus, we require that an advance reservation be secured at least 48 hours before your visit. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your party in our tasting room. This is to ensure that we have adequate parking, and other related resources, to accommodate your group.
   
  ***If you plan on traveling by limousine, we STRONGLY recommend that you check in with us first. Unfortunately, due to grossly unacceptable behavior on the part of certain limousine companies in the past, there are a number of transport providers that are no longer welcome at our establishment.***
   
• For groups of 10 or more people, we require that a non-refundable deposit be paid in advance by credit card. This amount will be applied to your total at the conclusion of your visit. The amount of your deposit is exactly half the cost of your total tasting costs, based on our $7 tasting fee. For example, for a group of 15, the deposit required is $52.50.
   
• For groups of 10 or more, we require that the total tasting fees for the group be settled by one individual.

We have established these policies to guarantee that we always have the staff and resources on hand to provide you with the best possible service, and to make sure that your visit to Roanoke Vineyards is an incredible one. Our new Tasting House is now available for private bookings! For meetings, corporate events, family celebrations, extra-special wine outings and more, our new Tasting House is an ideal way for you and your group to enjoy a private, hosted tasting. Located on the grounds of Roanoke Vineyards, directly adjacent to our vines, our new Tasting House can accommodate up to 25 people for an intimate, informative, and delicious private wine tasting!
